Prefer Google or Outlook OAuth when configured. Otherwise use CardDAV (iCloud, Nextcloud, Fastmail) with an app password.
Google needs your Cloud Console Client ID and Secret. Use Set Google OAuth credentials first.

Use your Apple ID email and an app-specific password.
